What goes into an electrician’s price
There is no single rate that covers every home job. A licensed electrician prices work based on the time on site, the materials required, access (roof spaces, switchboards, two-storey homes), and whether the work is a small repair or a larger upgrade such as a switchboard replacement or a new circuit for an air conditioner.
Call-out and hourly rates are a starting point. Once we understand the job we give a clear, obligation-free quote — by phone where we can, or after a short on-site inspection if the work needs to be seen.
